I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Milford, CT) in July 2019
Interview
it was very straight forward and very common knowledge based questions. Nothing tricky was asked during the interview. The interviewer was very polite and not stressful at all. I sat down and spoke with the interviewer one to one. I was called very quickly once I entered the office. Paperwork did not take long at all.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (West Covina, CA)
Interview
The interview was conducted on HireVue. The interview deadline was about 24-48 hours. Each question had a time limit to answer. I didn't like it felt one-sided without any human interactions or feedback, and hard to prepare with a short deadline.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked mostly the typical situational questions, like how you handle working with a team, multi-tasking, how you set priorities, and handle barriers that may arise.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macy's (Clearwater, FL) in June 2010
Interview
The process consisted of me reporting to the HR office at my local Macy's after being sent on email from the online recruitment team. The first day i went they had forgot about me and had to reschedule, it was a little disconcerting. When i came in for the interview i could tell that the person interviewing me was either very busy and didn't want to be there or was just cold. She asked me several questions about who i am and my skills.
