Interview
A two-round interview process. First was a phone with HR - a lot of the typical behavioral questions and a few questions asking why Macy's and why retail and if you like fashion. The second round is with a manager in the department you applied for - this was more about your past work experiences, and they give a marketing scenario and ask you to come up with your own strategy

It was done in 3 sessions, a screening, a phone call, and then a webex call. It was pleasant and relaxed through the whole process. They sense out your familiarity and see if you are a good fit.
