Phone interview and in person. Situational and behavioral questions. Less than an hour for each interview. Overall it was very easy and a relaxed experience. The phone interview was more so to discuss availability and expectations.

Interview
I was interviewed by a manager that oversees interviews of various Macy's location, so the interviewer didn't know what position I was interviewing for or any background on my work experience. To top it off he didn't even get my name right. He did mention that he would pass on the notes he would take during the interview to an actual manager from the Macys location I was in. Amd from then they would contact me if I needed to come in for a second interview.

Interview
Applied online and received a link to schedule an interview online. Once appointment was selected, I received an email confirmation with location, date and time. I even called the store to confirm my appointment just for safe measure.
