I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (Columbus, OH) in Aug 2017
Interview
I was called by a recruiter initially who asked me a series of basic interview questions. I then interview with the store manager who told after driving 2+ hours aways for an interview that the position I applied for was already filled but a "sales supervisor position was open" . Why was I not told this before I interviewed? Why was I not allowed to interview for the position that I applied for before a job offer was made?
