Easy, it was mostly about availability. You are required to arrive to the job before the store opens to change the signs. They mostly sold the perks to me. I enjoyed chatting with the interviewer
They called me in for an in-person interview. It was one interview in person and it was easy. This was a few years back so I'm sure it's changed to virtual.
