I applied online. I interviewed at Macy's in Feb 2015
Interview
I applied on line than had a brief interview with store manager, had another interview with the manager which was quite easy, they called me for a talent plus interview which was complicated. After few days had a call from district brand manager and in the end they offered a position but I had to refuse it because they were giving me weekends and nights.
Phone intervierw by macys first, than at a makeup brand that they seem fit. Than another phone interview with the makeup brand (i worked for Clinique) and in person for 15 minutes with their counter manager
Tiring. Did not ask about makeup. Only interested in if you look good and can sell. Plus, the process took too long. Its retail. Chill. I honestly can say it is better to work at a smaller local store.
