i applied online and recieved an email the next day saying they were interested and that i will need to schedule an interview appointment via the scheduling center, also online. i went back online a few days later to see what dates had been made available. there was one date, two weeks from the current day. it mentioned to go to hr on the penthouse level on the day of the interview. on the day of the interview, i found myself on the penthouse level to which there was no likeness to a ph at all. it was just your typical undecorated, basic retail office space. i arrived half an hour early. i walked over to hr but their door was closed so i knocked on the wall of the adjacent office which was open. there was a lady sitting at a desk that was right in the middle of the room. i told her i was there for an interview so she walked over to get a clipboard and checked off my name. i then went back to take a seat by the elevator. a few more people arrived moments later. at 11 a.m., a nice woman came and called me in. she was the manager. we then walked into her small office. she started by explaining all the job duties. in the middle of that she mentioned that it was an on-call position (!) (i applied for part-time). she said she would pass my application on to other managers, if i was interested ( i didn't have the availability she was looking for anymore. not that i was still interested) . the interview was over in less than 15 min. needless to say, i did not appreciate being interviewed for something i did not apply for.

I applied online, and got an email to set up an interview for the next day. I got there several minutes early and I had the first scheduled interview for the day, but still had to wait in the customer service area for about an hour and a half for someone to come in to interview me. The interviewer got there eventually, and gave a description of the job. Most of the interview was "describe a time when..." type of interview questions. About another day after the interview I got an email that I wasn't hired, but I was glad that I didn't have to wait any extra days to find out if I got the job.
