Seasonal Fullfillment position review *** I applied around the beginning of November. Took about 2 days to get a date to be interviewed. Turns out it was a group interview. I have worked at Macys before and if you are scheduled for a certain time to work and you can’t make it then you can actually “release” your time and maybe someone will take it. Most of the time someone else took the time I didn’t want to work. There is also employees that release theirs and you can snatch it. I guess you can say you make your own schedule.

Question 1
How do handle a difficult customer? What experience do you have regarding the position you applied for? A difficult situation with a co worker? How do you handle a stressful situation/ conflict at work?
One on one interview that went smooth. They asked general questions about experience and scenario planning. I had a phone interview before the in person interview. It was a comfortable setting.
It is just a simple phone interview with minimal questions. They don't ask for much on the phone, just answer honestly, You most likely will be accepted for the job.

Interview
Once you have applied, the manager would call you and arrange a interview date. Either the Manage or People Leader would conduct the interview. It's just a few questions. Once they see you are a worthy candidate, they will discuss your availability and have you sign forums to complete the interview and move on to training.
