I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (Johns Creek, GA) in June 2015
Interview
Phone screening by recruiter to determine interest level, hiring manager assessed whether skills matched the role, panel interview with directors and follow up with two VP's. Role was thoroughly described by all individuals and expectations of the role clearly defined, in addition to what would make you successful in the role.
I had a good interview experience nothing out of the ordinary. They asked all the questions I was expecting with a few curveballs. It was more of a conversations then just asking me questions the whole time.
Received a phone interview and then moved onto in-person interview. Took couple of days for a response back to setup an appointment for the in-person interview. Pretty much straightforward and nothing too difficult.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Macy's (New York, NY)
Interview
Numerous questions nothing about the job. Just stress to them you’re a people person.. was supposed to group interview but I said I prefer 1 on 1 because group interviews are childish
