I was able to interview immediately upon walk in, after completing a written application. There was a small group of friendly and competent human resources staff available at the time.

Interview
I arrived 1 hour early prior to my interview appointment. I wanted to come early just in case I had to fill out any paperwork (I didn't) or maybe could get interviewed sooner. I waited the whole hour until my appointment came and was interviewed 15 minutes after my appointment time. The interview went really smoothly and the person who interviewed me was very casual! He asked me 4 questions and I was really comfortable. I gave him very detailed answers and included a lot of examples when he asked me two questions of "if.... what would you do?" and I felt like the interview went perfectly. I asked two questions at the end, he told me to wait for a while and he came back into the room with paperwork which I filled out, and then concluded the interview process with a "Welcome to the team!" I was interviewed today and told to come back tomorrow for my training day 1. I assume I got the position and was hired on spot!

Interview
I started with a "virtual", interview that included recorded video questions. I went through all of the many required tests and online video recordings and received a phone call from a woman to come in the very next day for an interview.
Note: When I filled out the online application I checked the box that indicated I could work evenings and weekends.
The woman who greeted me acted like she was surprised that I could only work part time hours.
I stayed calm and polite, I smiled I made eye contact which she rarely returned and unfortunately, her disgruntled mood never improved. The interview was actually a big waste of time for both of us. If she did not like my recorded video interview or the fact that I just wanted to work part time, then why did she contact me for an interview?

It was pretty easy, I think the one thing was that I was nervous so I felt like I will mess up, but they made me feel relaxed and confident with what I was saying.
