My macy's interview involved discussing customer service skills, retail experience, availability, and enthusiasm for fashion, aiming to assess a candidate's fit for a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. It was straightforward and typical. Nothing abnormal that you would not expect.

Question 1
They asked, “How would you handle a difficult customer?” I explained the importance of staying calm, listening actively, and finding a solution that satisfies the customer while following store policies. They appreciated my focus on empathy, communication, and professionalism, which I believe are essential for maintaining Macy’s customer service standard
Pretty simple it wasn’t to difficult at all actually, more of behavioral type of interview. Should be easy if you are a decent communicator and a good team worker. there is an emphasis on collaboration
Interview was easy, it was a one and done deal and the interview was relatively short. I just applied on their website and I was called in for an interview. I was asked standard interview questions and was let know that I was hired within a reasonable time (about a week).
