Very casual and easy going for an internal candidate
Asked for examples from outside current role for leadership competencies
Asked about giving back to the community
Straightforward, just standard how would you handle if an employee stole from the store kind of question. Overall, the interview was very simple. If you prepare for your interview you shouldn't have any issues at all.

Very friendly environment. Overall. I have very good experience interviewing with their managers. they provide good benefits, health insurance, and good pay. I am looking forward to work with those people.
