Interview
I applied for a contract Talent Acquisition position. Two days later I received a phone interview. The recruiter was pleasant and very professional. She provided a good overview of the position, what they are looking for in a candidate, and next steps.

Question 1
All of the questions were very straightforward and nothing difficult or unexpected. I was asked about current location, interest in contract position, about my employment gap, job duties with most recent employer as well as previous employers, availability, ability to work in the U.S., and if I would be willing and could pass a drug test.

Interview
asked about past experience and job expectations, they also share about how their internal structure works and check whether I have any questions to ask, interviewer was nice and willing to answer my questions. but other staff was quite busy.
I had a great experience with the interview process. It began with a phone interview, which was followed by a second-round virtual interview via Microsoft Teams. Both interviews were well-organized, and the communication was clear throughout. Shortly after completing both rounds, I received an offer — the turnaround was impressively quick. Overall, the process was efficient, respectful, and made me feel valued as a candidate
