I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Manpower (Portland, OR) in Jan 2014
Interview
Interview with branch manager and senior recruiter. They asked very basic questions about work history, interest in the position, career goals. It was a very comfortable experience. There weren't any questions that I felt were out of line with job requirements.

I had a great experience with the interview process. It began with a phone interview, which was followed by a second-round virtual interview via Microsoft Teams. Both interviews were well-organized, and the communication was clear throughout. Shortly after completing both rounds, I received an offer — the turnaround was impressively quick. Overall, the process was efficient, respectful, and made me feel valued as a candidate
