I sent in my CV and was called back almost immediately.
Went for an interview the following week. The interview was easy and pretty standard.
They didn't really care about my answers as they would hire anyone. I got the impression they didn't care at all about my qualifications.

Very comprehensive and lots of questions asked and answered, went through CV well, queried the roles I had and my responsibilities . My skills and abilities were discussed along with my interests

Phone screen lasting about 10 minutes, resume submitted to client for client interview virtually with HR and internal recruiter, on site interview with client with hiring manager and HR. Overall, 3 interviews/phone screens total equally 1.5 hours of time.
