Interview
The interview , application and background check process took over one month, however it was well worth it. The technology and resources available to recruit and source is fantastic. The ability to work a 40 hour work week at home as a virtual recruiter is priceless.

They discussed my experience, the types of candidates that I have sourced and recruiting the technology and ATS systems that I have used. Types of recruiting such as RPO, Agency, Corporate, and the type of fast paced, high volume recruiting that I have done.
