They probably don't need assistants, just salespeople. When they sent me the interview info, they didn't officially tell me the name of their company until I requested it. I thought this was odd.
Spent the entire interview persuading me to become an insurance agent when the interview was for an HR position. Thought it was a waste of my time even when I did say I was not interested in selling insurance on the phone.
