I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Manulife (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2023
Interview
The process was smooth. Managers were chill. Got two interviews. First HR and then technical. I found both interviews average and the questions were straight forward from the job description. Take the JD seriously and prepare for interview accordingly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Manulife (Kwun Tong, Kowloon City) in Jan 2026
Interview
The JD is deceptive.
They’re actually looking for an insurance agent if you see something like “ Meet individual sales KPIs, and premium revenue objectives”/ “ client-specific”.
To be fair people there are nice and imply their real intentions in the first interview, but why even bother to go, right?
