Private Markets. UWaterloo co-op interview which was just one cultural fit interview with questions such as "why do you want to work at Manulife"? One on one with HR recruiter as opposed to your direct manager.

Around 30 mins online interview with one round only. you may get the offer in one day. No rush at all while you interviewing with vp or Senior director. And no online accessments at all , very easy
