I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marathon Petroleum (Columbus, OH) in Aug 2014
Interview
The interview process involved me talking to the recruiters at the career fair, and this was when I was slotted a position for an interview. I had my interview the next day after the career fair, and I heard back with an offer around 2 to 3 weeks after my interview. The process was pretty quick, and the interview was very relaxed. I had an engineer and a HR employee in the interview, and all the questions I received were behavioral.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marathon Petroleum (El Paso, TX) in June 2022
Interview
They did a virtual interview and an on site interview. In both interviews, they relied heavily on behavioral questions. In the on site interview, there was a plant tour. I recommend researching the processes and asking questions
