This is a very long hiring process! They use HireRight which is about a joke to deal with but be patient!! You will have a phone interview, if you pass that then you will have to take a test. If that all goes good then they will call you for a interview with 2-3 people firing off questions. If that all goes good then you have to wait on background and get a hair follicle drug screen which takes about a month to get done.
