No interview because they looked at my performance evaluation as an intern. They like to hire their interns. Most of the time if you intern for them you just send in your application they will mainly look at your previous performance evaluations

Easy and prompt experience scheduling interview. No phone interview with hiring manager straight to on site. Typical series of interviews on site with supervisors, managers etc followed by refinery tour. Smart friendly people.. overall good experience

Brief phone screen followed by on site interview at refinery. On site was 4 or 5 interviews with different people in the group, refinery truck tour. Pleasant experience, all very good people.

They did a virtual interview and an on site interview. In both interviews, they relied heavily on behavioral questions. In the on site interview, there was a plant tour. I recommend researching the processes and asking questions
