Interview
Recruiter reached out to me from LinkedIn and asked what pay I wanted. No pay listed on posting. A month later a phone screen with HR and was asked if I would accept an offer for the amount I listed. A month later a virtual interview with hiring manager, was only 10 minutes long. A month later in person 5 hour panel interview, facility tour and lunch. 5 weeks later automatic email letting me know I was rejected.

Standard behavioral questions. Two one hour panel interview sessions. One of the panel members made faces at me and was condescending and rude. Last interview panel session they started by saying they had just come from a job fair interviewing laid off Valero employees. Why interview me and waste my time if you have your pick of Valero employees that you most likely have worked with in the past and are friends with.
Standard questions with a good overview of the expected role. The interview was not overly long and had a lot of questions relating to the actual role. There were many people interviewing for this position but they said to expect quick response time and minimal rounds of interviews.
