I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer
Interview
The process started with an online application through the M&S careers website, followed by a short situational judgment test (multiple choice questions about customer service scenarios). A few days later, I received an invitation for a video interview with pre-recorded questions.
After that, I was invited for an in-person interview at the store. It was quite relaxed — more of a friendly chat with the manager and a team leader. They asked about previous customer service experience, teamwork, handling difficult situations, and availability.

Interview
Regular interview. Sat down with the foodhall manager. It was relaxed and not stressful. Asked me behaviour questions, my experience and my availability. It was quite a while ago so I do not remember the exact details.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (London, England)
Interview
It was an average in-store interview with the manager, and I heard back within a week. They asked standard interview questions such as why I wanted to work for the company and about my previous experience.

Interview
Wasn't told I would be part of a big group interview followed by an individual interview. We did exercises as a group and worked together and answered questions. We then were taken one by one to the 4 interviewers for individual interviews. A lot of the same interview questions you see on Glassdoor came up.
