I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (London, England) in June 2023
Interview
The interview process was quite easy. They asked very basic questions about myself and things to do with my CV. Then they asked questions about how I would be a good fit into the company, how I am with dealing with customers, and how capable I am with using technology.
Went well, followed a booklet of prewritten questions. Took about 30 minutes, questions differ based on whether they have facilities such as a bakery, clothing store, etc. Friendly team, not intimidating.
