The interview process is very simple with typical questions: 1) Tell me about yourself. 2) Tell me a time when you overcome a challenge or struggle. 3) How do you define great customer service? 4) Tell me a time when you need to take ownership of your work. 5) what is your greatest achievement 6) why do want to join M&S?
1st stage: aptitude test
2nd stage: assessment center with group activity (marketing strategy and customer support)
Just right after assessment center, straight to interview room.

Applied online and completed the online assessment. Got invited for the interview after passing the assessment. In-person interview with the manager at the store at the chosen timeslot. Fairly quick interview.

I spoke to the line manager and she asked about relevant experience and a few behavioural questions about how I would speak to customers. They assess your personality and whether you are a people person and therefore suitable for the role.
