I did not make it to the graduate interview but the online assessment was interesting. Asked about M&S screens candidates using the following online assessments:
Numerical Reasoning Test
Verbal Reasoning Test
Situational Judgement Test
Personality Questionnaire
Laid back interview process, very friendly and warm. Made to feel comfortable and at ease. The experience was much more pleasant and open that I expected it to be. Thanks to the calm atmosphere, there was no unnecessary stressing.
