I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mars (Basingstoke, England) in July 2016
Interview
Terrifying!
Very much based around the leadership qualities over the technical aspects of the job.
Case study followed by presentation on findings, a second prepared presentation and then interview.
There were two panels of different people interviewing, one from the technical aspect the other from the company aspect.
They clearly know exactly what they are looking for, and in my feedback from the interview process said that I did not blag what I didn't know and they appreciated that honesty.

Question 1
How would you prioritise between two pieces of work that had the same deadline that could not be moved
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mars in Aug 2024
Interview
I had 2 opportunities to be interviewed and it is never good. The last one in France was a panel that took more than 3 hours and after many months the recruiter said the process was canceled. The candidate spend lot of time and expectation and if you don’t keep ask you will never know what happened.
Following the initial screening, there was a panel interview. This included a case study presentation to the panel. Very professional setting and interesting case given to candidates. All candidates were there though and had to wait for their turn. Note, this was years ago.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mars (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process followed the STAR process closely; it consisted of three questions and an open discussion at the end. A panel of 3 people, roughly 60 Minutes. It was not as formal as I expected.
