Telephone interviews, then video panel interviews at their office with individuals at locations in Europe and another office in the US. Described as a "strategy" job, my perception was that it ultimately was more about implementing solutions that were previously decided upon. First telephone interview was focused on background and fit. Panel interview questions were situational. Logistics were bad. The host office was not aware of the meeting and hastily set up equipment. Did not have ability to adjust video conference camera to improve the interviewer's ability to see me.
