Interview
The interview process was efficient and convenient as they have you go in once and meet with multiple people from different departments. Seems like they want the potential candidate to meet with all of the main decision makers.

Question 1
The questions were not necessarily difficult. They were your typical interview questions where you had to give a scenario based on their question, provide the actions you took to resolve the issue,and then give results as well.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, The first round was with a hiring manager then the second was with a panel of 2 other managers. These were on separate days.

Interview
It was very professional and concise. Questions were asked about knowledge of certain computer programs and processes, along with how I would handle myself in certain situations - including at offsite meetings.
