Interview
After applying online directly to Mars, I was called up for a telephone interview. A second appointment was arranged for me to attend an assessment centre, which was held at the site and included a presentation + Q&A, an exercise, and an interview. Overall, they seemed very focused on people skills.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mars (Hyde Park, NY) in Nov 2011
Interview
I did an interview in person, it lasted about 30 minutes. I did not get the job so I applied again. They remembered me so we did a phone interview. They called me the following week and offered me the position.
