first usual call with Talent Specialist (junior), basics questions, 45 min, next step was they came back to me by email 2 months later with a negative answer, which is fine but late.

Why do you want to work for us ? What are your strengths/weaknesses? How do you deal with a problematic situation with colleagues/managers?
It is a 3 stage interview by hireview. 1st stage : Written Q & A about your visa expiration if you are an immigrant and how long your internship needs to be? 2nd Stage : Video interview where they will ask few Q. Your answer will be recorded. 3rd stage : A game will be presented to be played by candidate.
