In the first stage I had a virtual interview. Questions were asked with about 60 seconds to prepare. Mainly looking at your soft skills and how you would resolve a problem. Overall the experience was good.

The initial interview is conducted via video response to several questions. On the very first question, I felt myself wanting to ask additional questions of the interviewer in order to understand context and be able to provide a better answer. Almost every subsequent question was the same. It was very impersonal, I never felt comfortable, and ultimately I abandoned the process altogether. If a company can't take the time to talk to prospective employees in person (even on live zoom / video chat), I do not think they truly value the people that they want to work for them.
