I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers in Feb 2022
Interview
I applied for the position directly on the company's website at the beginning of February and got a call from a recruiter the very next day. She had left me a voicemail, as I was working when she actually called. I called back shortly after and had the most bizarre phone screen I have ever had. It seriously lasted 7 minutes and straight away she asked if I had experience with the system they use. I had no issue with them asking that right off the bat if that is required for the role, however, the recruiter had 0 interest in actually hearing about what experience I do have or getting to know me as a candidate. She said she would give my resume to the hiring manager and tell him we talked about my experience (we didn't) and that she would let me know either way. It just was so strange to me because she really did not ask me ANYTHING about my resume and I only briefly had a chance to even mention why I was interested in the role and why I could be a fit. She said she liked my personality and then practically rushed me off the phone. It's been over 3 weeks and I never did hear back, which is fine by me. Having worked in within HR for several years, the phone call just seemed really unprofessional and not what I'd expect even for a phone screen. They should probably consider the fact that professionals within the data analytics industry are tech savvy and can learn systems quickly.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers (Reston, VA) in Jan 2022
Interview
One-level interview with decision-makers. The entire interview was 30 minutes. The job was via an outside recruiter for a permanent role.
I received an offer the next day, which was very exciting. After reviewing the offer with my wife, I replied with a counter-offer. Although the deadline to sign was not until the following day, they reduced the reply time to within an hour. They did not agree to my counter offer and I proceeded to sign and send it in. Within that bit of time, they responded to my recruiter that because I questioned it, i didnt seem "as excited" as they were and that I must be "hesitant" so they not only rescinded the offer but said they offered it to someone internally who "accepted on the spot".
Avoid them at all costs. Not only was the way they handled the process and how they handled a response to the counter offer highly unprofessional and did not even come close to meeting a minimal level of best practices, but the entire benefits package is extremely lackluster and leaves a lot to be desired.
According to them, the head of HR has been there about 2 years and the rest of the team has been there a year or less. Red flags- there are reasons to be hesitant.

Question 1
Questions generally reviewed my background which was spelled out on my resume.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
Got ran around for several weeks by the recruiter, then finally got an interview with an interim CIO that worked for the same recruiter in some round about description. Problem was, the recruiter chopped and screwed my resume before passing it along, so some of the questions asked were not possible to answer. Additionally, some of my claims of work completed and experience seemed far fetched but were 100% true.. So either way I was a liar or a fraud and was treated as such in the phone interview. Then ghosted, not so much as a "sorry about that" or "go away". Super unprofessional on all fronts. Grow up, people. Was honestly a bit of a relief to know I didn't have to turn down work when I was looking for something.

Question 1
Was asked a slightly technical question that the interviewer clearly didn't understand the answer.
