first round, manager called me for overall interview and understand my background
second round, a group with all team members interviewed me through conference call and asked many much more detailed technical questions, I was asked draw structures and detail circuits.
It was two weeks after interview, HR called me to discuss the benefit and salary.

Fairly standard interview. Not very difficult. I had a phone screening first, and then was invited to Chandler onsite. The company is a very analog oriented company, and I was interviewing for a digital design position, so it was not very difficult.
