I interviewed at McDonald's (Barnsley, Yorkshire and the Humber, England)
Interview
The recruitment process began with an online application. After passing this stage, I was invited to a one-to-one interview with a business manager at the office. The interview was relatively structured and consisted of around ten questions focusing on my strengths, motivations, and understanding of the role. It lasted approximately 15 minutes, during which the manager also provided some insight into the team and the type of work I would be involved in. Overall, the process was straightforward and fairly quick, with the interview serving as the main opportunity to demonstrate my suitability for the position.
After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

Question 1
What is the most important for you working here? (hygiene, customer services etc)
Honestly, good servce but poor management, supervisor know nothing, all blaming on us, but colleagues are fair, nice working environments. Still like that place. Working loads are fair, normally 8 hours/day, but always suffered when facing hard deal customers.
A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.
