I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McDonald's (Calgary, AB) in May 2023
Interview
typically starts with an online application and a personality/aptitude test, followed by a quick, straightforward interview (often 5-30 minutes) with a manager focusing on availability, teamwork, and handling difficult customers, with many getting offers quickly. Expect questions about your work ethic, experience, and why you want to work there, with potential for phone or video interviews for some roles before an in-person meeting.
Annoying and long the process took longer than I thought it would there’s multiple interviews and the behavioral questions are pretty basic and cut and dry. I think anyone could pass as long as you prep properly and be calm
Nice job it was super fun I love cooking good interview if you like cooking if you can cook cooking is good for you interviewer likes cooks a lot. Sometimes the cooks are cool.
Fast and easy experience. I applied online. My application was pulled. The manager called and an interview was set up. I was able to start work shortly after that and get a pay check
