Straightforward, sit down interview, took around 15 mins and they asked fairly standard questions. Mainly wanted to know how you would handle various potentially difficult situations. Also wanted to know how you would priorities during busy periods.
Fine. Asked several questions which I the answered. They asked questions about previous roles and how I thought I'd deal with difficult customers here. They also asked about my previous experience with food hygiene
