I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McDonald's (Atwater, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
short interview, coaxed me up about the great work environment. Flexible hours and how great it is to work at Mc Donalds. People know it as a fodder job, but it teaches you fast paced work. It helps you get a sense of line work and helps create a great work ethic.
Lot's of questions
Practical test and psychological test. pretty tough.
Had to meet many employees and make sure we can satisfy patrons.
Tested on knowledge of my cooking and baking.
It was all a very good process. They were very nice and they also were very pleasant to talk to. They wanted to let me have the job and it was very refreshing to be around someone who is so kind.
It was good felt good. They took time to inform me. And ask good questions and good on-boarding and ir was overall good no complaints. I would repcmed to others and they are good
