very simple and i enjoyed getting to talk to the other staff and seeing the processes because I learned a lot and tracked my growth quite a bit. it isnt always simple to start a new job so people were patient.
Easy wasn’t hard, was just over the phone. Quick questions and explained the role well. Easy if you just need a job to get by not long term career goal.
interview was fine. asked basic questions manager was kind and staff. i felt like they brought me in just to interview someone and were not interested in actually hiring me
