I was called over the phone for an interview. We set up an appointment for the next day, and when they called we went through several questions. They thanked me for my time and hung up after the interview.

They asked how I would handle difficult situations with a customer.
Interview was straight forward. They asked a few basic interview questions regarding work experience, personality questions, situational questions, as well as preferred schedules. Overall an easy interview that should not require much preparation.
This was a very simple interview! It included some basic questions about my availability, experience, skill. The interviewer was nice and courteous. It was one phase, and I left knowing I’d gotten the job.
