It was smooth and very accomodating. Questions are guiding the applicant to introduce myself and elaborate my skills and experiences. Gave me a chance to express mu thoughts and every questions are very understandable and clearly facilitated.

Interview
I had my in-person interview for the Assistant Store Manager position at McDonald’s in Munich at the restaurant itself. It was with the Restaurant Manager and lasted about an hour. We talked about my previous work experience, how I lead a team, and how I would handle situations like busy shifts or customer complaints. They also asked a few questions to see how I solve problems and keep things running smoothly. Overall, it felt professional but friendly.
