It was kinda brief. Just be willing to work an learn. You don't really need a whole lot of experience to work for McDonald's. Jus bring good ethics an teamwork skills

Are u able to stand up 8 hours at a time an keep repetitive moving
The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Current occupation. Available Hours. If you have a history of crime.
Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
