Interview
It was pretty straightforward. expect behavioral questions but do not be too anxious since they often aren't that strict. wear appropriate attire, something semi-formal is your best bet. Prepare for situational questions as well since they might ask you how you would react to a situation.

Question 1
What would you do if a customer is angry regarding a messed up order?
The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Current occupation. Available Hours. If you have a history of crime.
Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
