I had an interview scheduled at the Silverado Ranch Blvd location located in the Smith's shopping center. I waited nearly 1/2 an hour for the manager to interview me AND he never got back to me after the interview. What a waste of time and I feel he was extremely unprofessional. Never again!

What days are you available?
Would you like to be a cashier or work with the food prep team?
Do you have a food handlers card?
The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Current occupation. Available Hours. If you have a history of crime.
Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
