I applied in-person. I interviewed at McDonald's (Portage, PA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Very good, the people were nice and the questions were good. I felt comfortable and at home. They also were quick with responses after the interview. It only took about a week for them to respond if I got the job or not.
It was a good interview where they just asked about my previous experiences and didn't dive deep into much. I would recommend just practicing how to tell a story as communication is pretty important to this process.
Annoying and long the process took longer than I thought it would there’s multiple interviews and the behavioral questions are pretty basic and cut and dry. I think anyone could pass as long as you prep properly and be calm
Nice job it was super fun I love cooking good interview if you like cooking if you can cook cooking is good for you interviewer likes cooks a lot. Sometimes the cooks are cool.
