I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McDonald's (Delray Beach, FL) in Feb 2024
Interview
Conversation about past experience and also future goals and skill level and fit within the company and the specific branch whether or not being an employee there would work out based on my past background. It was good
It was a good interview where they just asked about my previous experiences and didn't dive deep into much. I would recommend just practicing how to tell a story as communication is pretty important to this process.
Annoying and long the process took longer than I thought it would there’s multiple interviews and the behavioral questions are pretty basic and cut and dry. I think anyone could pass as long as you prep properly and be calm
Nice job it was super fun I love cooking good interview if you like cooking if you can cook cooking is good for you interviewer likes cooks a lot. Sometimes the cooks are cool.
