Interview
It was well designed for the applicants allowing options to schedule the interview dates. The company also shared information about the interviewers beforehand made it feel comfortable for applicants to prepare for the interviews.
The interview process was very well structured and efficient, with a strong emphasis on practical legal case scenarios, which I really appreciated. There was noticeably less focus on informal “vibe check” style questions, which made the process feel more substantive and skills-based overall.
