Friendly professional discussion on the company's history timeline growth and expectations over time and to the present of how to benefit and grow with the company this information and get promoted.
Lots of tests, iq tests and things like that, also ethos tests I think and stuff like that. It was not the longest process, but quite long until it was over.

How do certain scenarios vibe with the company ethos - what should you do in certain situations
the interview they did was very through and easy. they asked normal interview questions. and the janitor was really nice and easy going. I thought that the location and employee web really nice. the manager was straightforward to talk to and made me feel comfortable during the interview.
