Unrespectfull, they cancelled twice! One of the interviewer didnt let me speak. HR didnt supervise the process. The job description says some expertise! Not all candidate have the requiered expertise.
Contract position interview.
Interview was not structured in STAR or any format just free form.
Interview was given by 3 great individuals.

quick and thorough, asked a lot of great questions about background experience and education and why you would be a perfect fit for the role also wanted to know salary expectations

Medtronic recruiter reached out to me after a role opened that matched my resume on file. 30 minute interview with hiring manager, followed by three 30 minute interviews the following week with manager and team members. Offer extended the week after that.
Fast, streamlined process done well. Interviewers were well-prepared and conversational. Be prepared to answer situational questions (STAR format).
